Our company is looking for a Voice and Accent Trainer (Contact Center).
*Experience: 2-5 Yrs.
*Job Location : Karachi
*Job responsibilities:
Should have a good command over spoken and written English. - Should be able to mentor and monitor calls., - Must have a zeal and passion for training - Excellent interpersonal skills are a must - Should be able to handle Grammar, Soft skills, Accent Neutralization, Customer Service Modules - Should be comfortable working late shifts Excellent Softskill, Communications skills(Voice & Email) to handle global customers Ability to perform in adverse situations Ablity to develop modules for training
